Payment & Academic Commitment Policy

At Misbah Center for Arabic, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational services while ensuring transparency and fairness throughout the academic process. Payment of any fees, whether partial or full, constitutes the student’s (or guardian’s) full acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

1. Administrative Fees

Registration & Student File Opening Fee

• A one-time registration and student file opening fee of JOD 15 is required upon enrollment.
• This administrative fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Students enrolled in the Fixed 6-Week Program are exempt from this fee, as it is already included in the program package.

Books & Educational Materials

• Books, study materials, and training resources may be charged separately where applicable.
• Once educational materials have been received, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to copyright and health regulations.
• All textbooks and study materials are provided free of charge for students enrolled in the Fixed 6-Week Program.

2. Private One-on-One Classes

Private lessons operate on a flexible hourly basis with weekly scheduling between the student and instructor.

Schedule Reservation

• A non-refundable deposit of USD 50 is required to reserve a private instructor and secure the student’s personalized schedule.

Tuition Hours

• Tuition fees are calculated according to the total number of instructional hours reserved exclusively for the student.

Weekly Scheduling

• The following week’s schedule is finalized no later than Thursday each week.
• Instructors prepare personalized lesson plans and reserve their time accordingly.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Students may cancel or reschedule a lesson provided they notify the administration at least three (3) days before the scheduled session.

Approved cancellations will be rescheduled based on instructor availability.

Late Cancellation or Absence

If a lesson is cancelled with less than three (3) days’ notice or the student fails to attend:

• The lesson will be considered fully used.
• No refund, replacement lesson, or credit will be provided.
• The instructor will receive compensation for the reserved time.

3. Group Courses & Training Programs

This policy applies to all group classes, workshops, and training programs organized by Misbah Center.

Registration Deposit

• A mandatory non-refundable deposit of USD 30 is required to reserve a seat.
• The deposit will be deducted from the total course fee.

Payment Deadline

• The remaining course balance must be paid no later than the first day of the course.
• Students will not be permitted to attend classes until payment has been completed.

Withdrawal & Refund Policy

Once a group course or training program has officially started (Day 1 / Session 1):

• Tuition fees become non-refundable.
• Fees are non-transferable.
• Fees cannot be exchanged or credited toward another course.
• Students who withdraw or miss sessions for any reason forfeit any remaining financial credit, as resources and instructor schedules are allocated based on confirmed enrollment.

4. Program Types

Fixed 6-Week Program

The Fixed 6-Week Program includes:

• Six consecutive weeks of instruction.
• Fixed tuition fee of USD 900.
• Registration fee included.
• Student file opening included.
• All textbooks and study materials included.

No additional academic fees will be charged during the program.

Note: All Fixed 6-Week Programs are conducted during morning hours only.

Flexible Programs

Students requesting:

• Customized schedules,
• Flexible class times, or
• Non-standard study periods

will be charged USD 200 per week.

Registration fees are charged separately if they have not already been paid.

Acceptance of Policy

By making any payment to Misbah Center for Arabic, the student (or legal guardian) confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Payment & Academic Commitment Policy in full and agree to comply with all terms and conditions stated herein.
