Live one-to-one Arabic lessons, built around you
One teacher, your goals, your schedule. Levantine, Modern Standard Arabic, or both — taught live from Amman to wherever you are.
Prepare for study, work or life in the Middle East
Whether you are moving to the region, studying Arabic at university, or simply want somewhere to speak it every week, private lessons let us build the course around your actual reason for learning.
Lessons run from complete beginner to advanced, and focus on the Arabic that matters most to you.
- Speak Levantine more naturally — the dialect you will actually hear in Jordan, Palestine, Syria and Lebanon.
- Build conversation and listening rather than collecting vocabulary you never use.
- Prepare for travel or relocation before you arrive, so your first weeks are easier.
- Support university Arabic — a place to practise what your degree does not have time for.
- Keep a regular weekly rhythm instead of studying in bursts and forgetting.
- Learn from home, at a pace and a time you set.
A school, not a marketplace
Booking a tutor from a platform gets you an hour with a stranger. Here you get a teacher who stays with you, and a centre behind them.
Every session is designed around you
Your exact level, your goals, your interests and your weekly availability shape the plan — not a fixed syllabus that everyone works through at the same speed.
The same teachers as our classroom
You are taught by the Ammani teachers who teach at our centre in Jabal Al-Weibdeh, each with years of experience teaching Arabic to non-native speakers.
The same teacher every week
You are matched once and stay matched. Nobody has to re-learn your level, your accent or your goals each time you log in.
Conversation from the first lesson
Speaking is the point. Sessions are built so that you talk, get corrected, and try again — which is exactly what an app cannot do.
Continue in person if you move here
Many students start online and later join us in Amman. Your teacher and your progress carry over, so you continue rather than restart.
What you need
No special software, no licence to buy, nothing to install.
A computer
A laptop or desktop works best — a bigger screen makes reading Arabic script far easier than a phone.
Google Chrome
Everything runs in the browser. There is nothing to download and no account to create beforehand.
A microphone
Built-in is fine, but a simple headset makes a real difference when your teacher is correcting pronunciation.
A stable connection
Nothing exotic. If you can hold a normal video call, you can take a lesson.
What private online lessons cost
All rates are per teaching hour. The more hours you book each week, the lower the hourly rate — so an intensive week costs less per hour than an occasional one.
Start with a free trial lesson
Meet your teacher, talk through your goals, find out your real level, and see the learning plan they would build for you. If it is not the right fit, you have lost nothing but an hour.
Before your first lesson
How many hours a week should I book?
Do I have to commit to a fixed number of weeks?
What time zone do you teach in?
Should I learn Levantine or Modern Standard Arabic?
I am a complete beginner. Is online too hard to start with?
How do I pay?
Are these lessons for children too?
Let's find your teacher
Tell us what you want Arabic for, roughly what level you are at, and when you are free during the week. We will match you with a teacher and set up your free trial lesson.
