Learn Arabic Online with a School in Amman
Live lessons with the same Jordanian teachers who teach at our centre in Jabal Al-Weibdeh — for adults and for children, wherever in the world you are.
Who is learning?
Adults and children learn Arabic differently, so we run them as two separate programmes with different teachers, pacing and materials.
Online Arabic Lessons
للكبار
For adults and older students: one-to-one, in a pair, or in a small group. You choose Levantine, Modern Standard Arabic, or a mix of both.
- Flexible scheduling around your time zone and work
- A dedicated teacher who stays with you
- Levantine, MSA, or both in one programme
- From complete beginner to advanced
Online Arabic for Kids
للأطفال
Built for children, not adapted from an adult course. Short, lively sessions that keep a child talking rather than copying.
- Speaking, games and confidence before grammar
- Sessions paced for a child's attention span
- Suitable for children with no Arabic at home
- Progress updates for parents
Two languages behind one name
Most people arrive not knowing which one they need. It depends entirely on what you want to do with Arabic — and you can study both.
العامية الشامية
Levantine Arabic
The living dialect spoken across Jordan, Palestine, Syria and Lebanon. Choose this if you want to talk to people — in shops, at work, with neighbours, with family. It is what you will hear the moment you land in Amman.
اللغة العربية الفصحى
Modern Standard Arabic
The written and formal language shared across the Arab world: books, news, documents, official correspondence and public speech. Choose this for reading, research, academic work or a professional role.
Still unsure? That is the most common question we get. Book a free trial lesson and the teacher will tell you honestly which one fits what you are trying to do.
Online, but not on your own
An app gives you exercises. A marketplace gives you a stranger. We give you a school — with the same teachers, materials and structure as our classes in Amman.
Live, with a real teacher
Every lesson happens in real time over video with a teacher who can hear your accent, correct it, and change direction when something is not landing. Nothing is pre-recorded.
The same teachers as our classroom
Our online students are taught by the same Ammani teachers who teach in Jabal Al-Weibdeh — not a separate, cheaper roster.
Your time zone, not ours
Tell us where you are and when you are free. We schedule around your week rather than asking you to fit ours.
Real Arabic, not textbook Arabic
You learn the language as it is actually spoken in the Levant, with the cultural context that makes it make sense.
Start online, continue in person
Many students begin online before moving to Amman, then walk into our classroom already knowing their teacher. The programme carries over.
Who you will actually be talking to
Seven Jordanian teachers, none with fewer than five years of experience teaching Arabic to non-native speakers — online and in Jabal Al-Weibdeh.
Meet the full team →Before your first lesson
Is the first lesson really free?
I am a complete beginner. Is online too hard to start with?
What time zone do you teach in?
Should I learn Levantine or Modern Standard Arabic?
Do I get the same teacher every lesson?
What age are the kids' lessons for?
Can I switch to in-person classes if I move to Amman?
Start with a free lesson
Tell us who is learning, what you want Arabic for, and roughly when you are free. We will match you with a teacher and arrange a trial lesson — no payment, no commitment.
