Before you fill in the form
- 1Enter the amount in Jordanian dinars (JOD) — your teacher or our team will have told you the figure. Rates are on the prices page if you want to check.
- 2The minimum payment is 5 JOD. You can pay a full course, a block of hours, or the registration fee.
- 3Use the notes field. Write what the payment covers — for example "October, 8 hours private MSA" — so we can match it to the right student straight away.
- 4Use the student's own name, even if someone else is paying. It keeps the record clean.
What happens after you pay
You get a confirmation
The invoice and payment confirmation are emailed to the address you entered, usually within a minute.
We record it
The payment is credited against the student's account and the hours or course it covers.
You keep the receipt
Need an invoice made out to an employer, an embassy or a university? Tell us and we will issue it.
Prefer not to pay by card?
Card payment is the fastest route, but it is not the only one.
Questions about paying
How much should I pay?
Whatever was agreed for your course — a block of hours, a full level, or the one-time registration fee of JD 15. If you are not sure of the figure, message us before paying rather than guessing.
Is it safe to enter my card here?
The form collects your details and the payment itself is completed on the bank's secure page. We never see or store your card number.
Can I pay from outside Jordan?
Yes. International Visa and Mastercard payments are accepted, and the amount is charged in Jordanian dinars. Your bank will convert it at its own rate.
My card was declined. What now?
Usually it is the bank blocking an international transaction rather than a problem on our side. Try again after authorising it with your bank, or ask us for the bank transfer details instead.
I paid the wrong amount.
Send us the confirmation email and we will sort it out — either by crediting the difference to your account or by arranging the balance.
I need an invoice for my employer or institution.
Tell us the name, address and any reference number the invoice needs to carry, and we will issue it in that form.
Something not working?
Message us with your name and the amount you were trying to pay. We usually reply within a few hours.
